- THE AIR COND NOT FUNCTION AND NO ACTION TAKEN
- Poorly furnished, no TV, no wifi in the apartment even though given passwords - no networks were connectable. Wifi was available only in the lobby downstairs. Fused bulbs were not replaced- had to ask for replacements. Curtains were unhooked. No phone in apartment to call the front desk. There were no restaurants close by, nor anything of interest in the vicinity. Looks nice in the exterior from afar, but will not come here again.

The bed. The view was good. Car park was convenient.
- the bathroom was not cleaned well. There are moulds on the walls and the floor. - the building looks dead and scary.
The locations is gud. Clean n tidy. Except the bathtub ?.
Arrived at 3pm, but cannot check in, since the room not ready. Have to wait until 3.30pm. Then, the door lock got some issues, need to wait until 4.45pm?. There is no toiletries. The bath tub / spa bath tub ? Hmmm… ?.
Only the view
The services was so bad. Check in delay almost 2 hours. After check in room was not properly prepared. No bedsheet, no pillow no towel. After request we only got 2 pillow which supposed to be for 4 pax.

Location to jetty is very near
Rundown. When we checked in the beds were not made, pillows were incomplete and no shampoo or basic toiletries given.
Front desk person asked for my booking pin. Not something any property should ever ask for. This is not the confirmation number they were asking for. As a result this was the first time I felt like someone was going to steal something from my room or my booking would be changed without my authorization. Don't stay here. Facilities are run down and look nothing like the photos. Way over priced.
